Marketing Manager

Join Modelon as our Marketing Manager — Shape the Voice of a Market Leader in System Simulation!

Are you passionate about crafting compelling narratives, driving marketing strategy, and building brand visibility that converts? Modelon is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing efforts, increase market traction, and deepen customer engagement across industries. This critical role reports directly to Modelon’s Chief Revenue Officer and plays a vital part in growing our ecosystem and platform adoption. 

What You’ll Do 

As Marketing Manager, you’ll own the execution of Modelon’s end-to-end marketing engine. You will: 

  • Lead all marketing initiatives to support company-wide objectives. 
  • Drive Modelon’s market visibility so customers and prospects clearly understand our unique value. 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Strategy, Engineering Services, and external partners (to bring) to achieve company goals.  
  • Plan, create, and report on marketing programs, ensuring quality and alignment with Modelon’s brand identity. 
  • Contribute to long-range brand strategy and scale our marketing capabilities.  
  • Hire and develop a high-performing marketing team as Modelon grows.  

Your success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified inbound leads and deliver high-impact marketing outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

Website Management 

  • Own and evolve Modelon’s website, ensuring it’s optimized for SEO and aligned with brand goals. Leverage Modelon’s marketing partners for a streamlined execution.  

Content Development 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier content: product messaging, news releases, webinars, presentations, and blog articles. 
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across channels (website, email, social) with the help from Modelon’s marketing partners.  

Social Media Engagement 

  • Create and share content that builds meaningful connections with our audience. 
  • Monitor and report on engagement analytics to refine strategy. 

Brand Stewardship 

  • Uphold Modelon’s brand standards and messaging quality across all touchpoints. 
  • Provide strategic and creative direction that propels campaign success. 

Event Support 

  • Assist with planning and execution of marketing events, including Modelon-hosted conferences. 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS. 
  • Proven ability to write, edit, and visually execute trade advertising, collateral, and websites. 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently. 
  • Exceptional communication skills in English—written and verbal.
